Our Team at Vida Active Club
Founder, MD & Instructor
Hi, I am Cleria, the the founder and Managing Director and of Vida Active Club and Vida at 60 Plus.
My passion has always been to provide fitness and wellbeing that is accessible to all and it's always fun and never a chore. I am constantly changing and adapting the club to keep up with the times and to suit as many people as possible.
I love teaching the classes and having a little dance with my girls when teaching my own class - Fit'n'Mix, but I am also committed to take our "Exercise & Socialise" for the over 60s projects to as many seniors as we can because it does make a real difference to their lives.
Hi, I’m Sarah. I am a Pilates matwork teacher.
Before gaining my Pilates Foundation Matwork teaching qualification I trained as a dancer, where I became aware of the benefits of Pilates, and how it could support my dance training and day-to-day well-being. My 10+ years experience as a contemporary dance teacher influences my approach to teaching movement.
Since qualifying, I have continued to develop my understanding of how the body moves, through attending specialist professional development training, such as workshops focusing on Pilates in relation to osteoporosis, scoliosis, and hypermobility among others. I recently qualified as a Buff Bones ® instructor. Buff Bones® is a medically-endorsed system of movement for bone and joint health.

Ola, I am Sofia and I teach Zumba on Facebook and on the beach in Malaga.
I am a trained professional dancer having obtained a degree from Laban, London. I have a background in fitness and wellbeing and have been teaching classes all over the world for the past 10 years.
My classes are uplifting, fun and energising!
60 Plus Instructor & Area Co-ordinator - West Sussex
I have been working in the Fitness Industry since I graduated from college (many years ago) with a Sports Science Degree. I love working with people to help them achieve their fitness goals. After finishing my degree I worked for Champneys Health Farm and then moved on to work in Cardiac Rehabilitation. I took a break from work to have my two children and three years ago I completed a Personal Training Diploma and GP Referral qualification to update my knowledge and get back to the work I love.
Over the past couple of years I have worked closely with GP surgeries to offer specialist Chair Based Classes and GP Referral Classes and I have been delivering classes for Cleria and Vida Active since September 2020. I am looking forward to helping develop the 60 plus programme here in West Sussex and can’t wait to get back to delivering classes in person!
