Today we give you ... Sarah Kearney

Before gaining her Pilates Foundation Matwork Teaching Qualification, Sarah trained as a dancer, and it was during this time that she first went to Pilates classes. It was from doing these classes that Sarah became aware of the benefits of Pilates and how it could support her dance training and day-to-day well being.

Finding how Pilates made her feel better in body and spirit, Sarah was keen to share this experience. Having already worked as a dance teacher, she then trained as a Pilates teacher. Her 10+ years experience as a contemporary dance teacher influences her approach to exploring movement through Pilates. Sarah's class aims to help find increased awareness of alignment, stability by working through a range of movements to gain a balanced workout of the body. 

We very much look forward to her debut with Vida Active Club in September!
