NEW WALKING FOR HEALTH IN PORTSLADE!

Come and join us in this

gentle and sociable walking

group for beginners.

We will start gently and

always walk at our own

pace. As your fitness builds

there will be opportunities to


pick-up speed and

incorporate some resistance

moves to increase and help

with toning. It is a great way

to get fitter, socialise, meet

people and be out in the

fresh air.

There will be time to catch up

over a cuppa at the end of

each session too.

When: Wednesdays 1.30-2.30pm.

Starts 26th February- ongoing.

Where: Meet at Vale Park by the

playground

Cost: Free

If you live in the BN41 postcode and

can declare that you are currently

doing less than 30 minutes of exercise

which raises your heart rate per week

and are willing to participate in

research surveys.
