Come and join us in this
gentle and sociable walking
group for beginners.
We will start gently and
always walk at our own
pace. As your fitness builds
there will be opportunities to
pick-up speed and
incorporate some resistance
moves to increase and help
with toning. It is a great way
to get fitter, socialise, meet
