WEDNESDAY EVENING FIT'N'MIX

Hi Everyone

Please note that on Weds Jan 30th and Wed Feb 6th the 18:30 Fit'n'Mix class will take place in the LOWER Hove Park School on Hangleton Way instead of the UPPER on Nevil Rd.

Back to the UPPER on Feb 13th.

If you have been thinkinmg about attending this class but have not yet done so, now's the time. Numbers are growing but the halls are very big and we need plenty more ladies there doing their thing. It's a lot of fun, I promise. Getting fit is just a bonus!
