Service Description

Use our downstairs gym space for your own workout or self-guide yourself through our circuit of the week.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel/reschedule by 12:00 noon for evening classes and 12:00 midnight for morning classes (including the 12:30pm). Cancelations after that time will incur a £5 penalty and non-attendance of a booked classes will incur a £9 charge. Thank you.
