The beautiful and spacious ground floor studio is perfect for dance and fitness classes.

It has full wall mirrors, barres, fans, stereo system and a lot of usable equipment.

Please remember we are a women only studio, so female trainers and female clients only during gym open hours please. 

If you would like to train male clients outside of opening times please get in touch.

Hire Cost:

One off hire = £30/hour

Regular weekly hire = £24/hour

5 hours or more per month = 5% discount

10 hours or more per month = 10% discount

20 hours or more per month = 20% discount

Our first floor studio has windows, wall mirrors, sprung flooring, heating, fans and a stereo system.

It's ideal for classes, dance and rehearsals in a central location in Hove.

This space can also be used by personal trainers and their clients.

 

Tesco is 2 minutes away which offers 3 hours of free parking.

PTs can use three spaces to train their clients: the cardio room, the weights room and studio 2
