Our spacious first floor studio has windows, wall mirrors, sprung flooring, heating, fans and a stereo system.

 

It's ideal for classes, dance and rehearsals in a central location in Hove.

 

Tesco is 2 minutes away which offers 3 hours of free parking.

Hire Cost:

One off hire = £30/hour

Regular weekly hire = £24/hour

5 hours or more per week = 10% discount

10 hours or more per week = 20% discount

The beautiful ground floor studio is spacious and perfectly equipped for personal trainers in Hove.

​

Please remember we are a women only studio, so female trainers and female clients only during gym open hours please. 

If you would like to train male clients outside of opening times please get in touch.

Vida Staff and/or Members = £5/hour

Non Vida Staff and/or Members = £10/hour

This space in the centre of Hove is perfect for massages, reflexology, reiki, physiotherapy, counselling and more.

​

Equipment in the room includes massage couch, desk, chairs, water jugs & cups, paper towels, lamps, heater and mirrors.

Please bring your own creams, oils, towels, cushions, blankets etc.

One hour = £10

30 minutes  = £7

*includes 10 minutes either side for setting up and clearing down
