A low impact workout that focuses on building body awareness through a series of exercises that target postural alignment and stability, strength, coordination, flexibility and mobility.
Please cancel/reschedule by 12:00 noon for evening classes and 12:00 midnight for morning classes (including the 12:30pm). Cancelations after that time will incur a £5 penalty and non-attendance of a booked classes will incur a £9 charge. Thank you.
