A low impact workout that focuses on building body awareness through a series of exercises that target postural alignment and stability, strength, coordination, flexibility and mobility.

Please cancel/reschedule by 6:30am for 12:30pm classes, by 12:00 noon for evening classes and 10:00pm for next morning classes. No shows will incur a £5 penalty. Thank you.
