Our Classes
At Vida Fitness, we offer a wide range of classes. So whether you're the type who likes to dance, sweat it out, build strength, or find a moment of mindfulness, we have the class for you!

CIRCUITS
Target different muscles groups as you move round the circuit. Each station has a different exercise which targets your cardio ability, endurance, muscle strength or coordination.
KETTLEBELLS
A dynamic workout using the kettlebell. Work through functional movements aimed at improving your coordination, increasing your strength and building your endurance..
TUSH N TUM
For pert bums and trim tums! Work your glutes, abs and legs in this intense but fun class.
LATIN FUNKY FITNESS
A super fun and joyous class which includes various Latin Dance styles with funky sounds and moves. Two rules: smile and dance.
PILATES
A low impact workout that focuses on building body awareness through a series of exercises that target postural alignment
and stability, strength, coordination, flexibility and mobility.
YOGA
Flow through a sequence of movements aimed at improving your alignment, flexibility, and strength whilst relaxing your mind and body.
DANCE FIT AEROBICS
A fun dance based class to 70s and 80s tunes!
FITBOX
Buddy up in this fun and challenging class as you work through your boxing drills. A great class for busting stress, elevating your heart rate and building strength.
ZUMBA
A dynamic and energising class that will leave you coming back for more! A combination of exercise and latin inspired dance moves are combined in this fun and motivating cardio workout.
FIT N MIX
Cleria's signature class! Easy to follow dance moves mixed with standard exercises, performed to fun music tracks. This class is sure to burn calories and trim you in the right areas!
HIIT and STRETCH
The intense one! Half hour of high intensity interval training guaranteed to get your endorphins flying. Wind down with a relaxing and well earned stretch!
BALLS
A full body workout using the Swiss Ball, Pilates Ball and Medicine Ball.
STEP
This fabulous 80s aerobic class is available at Vida 3 times a week! Work your heart and lungs, get fitter and burn lots of calories, all whilst having FUN!
BRAZILIAN BOOTY
Get a Brazilian butt lift without the surgery. A fun glute and leg focused class which is all about that booty burn!
