About the event
Our next Fit'n'Mix-athon will take place on June 8th from 2pm in the hall of Hove Park School on Nevil Rd.
This year we supporting Brighton & Hove IMPETUS.
Impetus is a fantastic charity Connecting people to reduce isolation and improve health & wellbeing!
2 hours of pure Fit'n'Mix joy with various different instructors taking to the stage to get you working hard and sweaty, but also smiling and happy. You can do as much or as little of it as you like - the
important thing is that you are there supporting the instructors, the other attendees and Impetus. There will also be time to mingle, chat, have a coffee and a cake, and donate to this fantastic charity.
The above photo is from the first event we did when we supported St. Barnabas house. Let's re-create that fantastic atmosphere once again.
