Service Description

Every morning we will do 50 repetitions or 50 seconds of the basic strength, toning and conditioning exercises: squats, press-ups, tricep dips, ab crunches, ab cycles, plank and wall sit. Join us in the studio or from the comfort of your own home via Zoom!

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel/reschedule by 6:30am for 12:30pm classes, by 12:00 noon for evening classes and 10:00pm for next morning classes. No shows will incur a £5 penalty. Thank you.
