Service Description

Yin and sound is like taking yourself to a 60-minute retreat, a perfect antidote to the busy modern life. You will hold poses between 3-5 minutes which can help to soften tight muscles and targets the deep connective tissues of the body. You also have the added bonus of healing sounds washing over you. Please bring a cushion to class. Thank you.
